CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

This policy applies together with our Rental Terms. Your checkout summary, booking confirmation, invoice, or custom quote will show the cancellation deadline, any non-refundable portion, and the refund schedule that applies to your order before payment.

Before payment

An inquiry or quote does not reserve a date and carries no cancellation charge. You may stop before completing payment.

After a reservation is confirmed

Send a written cancellation request to info.dnafloral@gmail.com. The effective cancellation date is the date we receive the request. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific written schedule accepted for the booking because inventory, design work, staffing, and event purchases may already have been committed.

Rescheduling and changes

A date, venue, collection, or service change is subject to availability and written approval. We will explain any price or schedule change before it becomes effective. A payment dispute or cancellation of a payment method does not cancel a reservation.

If DnA floral cancels

If we cannot perform a confirmed order for reasons within our control, we will refund amounts paid for the unperformed portion. For events outside either party’s reasonable control, we will communicate promptly and try to agree on a practical alternative under the Rental Terms.

Damaged, missing, or late rental items

Refunds do not cover cleaning, repair, replacement, extended-rental, or other documented charges caused by loss, damage beyond ordinary handling, or a late return while rental items are under the customer’s or venue’s control.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing time depends on the bank or card issuer. We will provide written confirmation when a refund is initiated.
