RENTAL TERMS

These terms apply to floral rentals, fresh-flower orders, delivery, installation, room changes, pickup, and related services purchased from DnA floral. Your checkout summary, booking confirmation, invoice, and any written custom quote are part of the agreement. Please read these terms before paying.

1. Reservation and contract

An inquiry or quote does not reserve inventory or a date. A reservation becomes binding only after DnA floral confirms availability and the required reservation deposit is successfully paid. The person completing checkout represents that they are authorized to accept these terms for the order.

2. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales or use tax is calculated separately at checkout using the customer and event information provided. The reservation deposit and remaining balance amounts appear before payment. The remaining balance is due on the date shown in the booking confirmation. Failed, reversed, disputed, or late payments may pause service and release unconfirmed inventory after notice.

3. Rental period, ownership, and return

Faux flowers, vessels, arches, pillars, candles, hardware, and other rented items remain the property of DnA floral. The rental period, delivery or pickup window, installation time, strike time, and return method are those shown in the confirmed order. Items may not be sold, loaned, moved to another venue, or kept beyond the agreed return time without written approval.

4. Delivery, pickup, and venue access

Delivery fees are based on driving distance from Anaheim, California 92805. The customer must provide a complete address, a working on-site contact, accurate access times, parking or loading instructions, and all venue rules. Stairs, long carries, restricted loading zones, valet fees, parking fees, waiting time, or access changes not disclosed before confirmation may require an additional written charge.

5. Installation and repurposing

Installation and ceremony-to-reception repurposing include only the labor and locations listed in the order. Venue access and timing are to be confirmed. DnA floral may make reasonable placement adjustments for safety, structural limits, weather, or venue instructions. Once setup is accepted or the scheduled access window ends, later changes may require additional labor fees.

6. Customer changes

Requests to change the date, venue, collection, color palette, quantity, delivery method, or service window are subject to inventory, staffing, and written approval. A change may alter the price. No change is effective until it is confirmed in writing by DnA floral.

7. Cancellation and refunds

The cancellation deadline, any non-refundable portion, and refund eligibility will be shown in the booking confirmation or custom quote before payment. Unless DnA floral confirms otherwise in writing, cancelling a payment method or filing a payment dispute does not itself cancel the order. If DnA floral cannot perform the confirmed order for reasons within its control, its responsibility is limited to refunding amounts paid for the unperformed portion.

8. Care, loss, and damage

The customer and venue must use reasonable care and follow handling instructions. Rented items may not be cut, glued, painted, exposed to open flame, left in rain or extreme heat, or permanently altered. The customer is responsible for loss, theft, or damage beyond ordinary handling while items are under the customer’s or venue’s control. Any charge will be based on reasonable cleaning, repair, or replacement cost and will be supported with details.

9. Fresh flowers and substitutions

Fresh flowers are natural and seasonal products. Exact shade, size, shape, and variety can vary. When a bloom or material is unavailable or unsuitable, DnA floral may use a comparable substitute that preserves the confirmed palette, value, and overall design. Fresh flowers are perishable and their life depends on temperature, water, handling, and weather.

10. Outdoor events, safety, and force majeure

Outdoor placement depends on safe weather and site conditions. DnA floral may modify, delay, relocate, or decline an installation that creates a safety risk. Neither party is responsible for delay or inability to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, fire, government order, venue closure, transportation interruption, or widespread supply disruption. The parties will communicate promptly and attempt a reasonable alternative.

11. Photos, references, and privacy

Reference images are used to understand the requested style and do not guarantee an exact copy. Customer contact, event, and payment information is used to administer the order. Card and bank information is collected and processed by Stripe and is not stored by DnA floral. DnA floral will not publicly use identifiable event photographs without permission.

12. Questions and notices

Questions, changes, cancellations, or notices about an order must be sent to info.dnafloral@gmail.com. Include the customer name, event date, and reservation number when available.

If a confirmed booking term conflicts with these general terms, the more specific written booking term controls. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
